Voyager Technologies files to go public

Space and defense company Voyager Technologies filed a preliminary prospectus for its planned initial public offering, revealing that about half of its $144.2 million in 2024 revenue was for defense work. A $217.5 million Starlab contract is its highest profile project with a planned launch date in 2029. Voyager holds 67% of Starlab Space, with the remainder held by partners Airbus, MDA Space, Mitsubishi and Palantir.
