Rocket Lab To Acquire Motiv Space Systems

Rocket Lab will acquire space robotics company Motiv Space Systems to add Mars robotic flight heritage for future planetary and national security missions, and add vertical integration through in-house solar array drive assembly and motion-control systems manufacturing. Rocket Lab, with reported record-breaking Q1 revenue of over $200 million, is also teaming up with RTX’s Raytheon on Space-Based Interceptor technology for Golden Dome.
